Dividend Declaration

As announced on 6 March 2025, the Schroders plc Board has proposed a final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024 of 15.0 pence per share.

Subject to shareholder approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the 2024 final dividend will be paid on 8 May 2025 to shareholders on the register at 28 March 2025.

The Company offers a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP). The last date for shareholders to elect to participate in the DRIP for the purposes of the 2024 final dividend is 14 April 2025. Further details are available on the Company's website.
