The Board of JZCP (the "Board") is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a dividend amounting to 14.50 cents per Ordinary share, which will be payable by the Company in respect of the six month period ended 31 August 2013, with the following details:

Ex Date 23 October 2013

Record Date 25 October 2013

Pay Date 13 November 2013

Dividend per Share 14.50 cents (US Dollar)

This interim dividend has been calculated at 3 per cent. of the Net Asset Value ("NAV) per year (1.5 per cent. at this interim stage).

Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 25 October 2013. Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have elected to receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interim dividend in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
