DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT
The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the first dividend for 2011 of 4.35p per share will be paid on 31 March 2011 to members on the register on 25 February 2011. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 23 February 2011.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS
The company intends to announce its results for year ended 31 December 2010 on Monday 28 March 2011.
