The following amendment has been made to the 'Third Interim Dividend for 2019' announcement released on 6 December 2019 at 08.15 under RNS No 0197W.
payment of 2.90 pence per ordinary share, which compares with a 2.80 pence per share third interim dividend this time last year.
dividend will be paid on 31 January 2020 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 3 January 2020.
payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date will be 10 January 2020.
All other details remain unchanged.

THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2019
The Directors of the Company have resolved that the third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2019 will be a payment of 2.90 pence per ordinary share, which compares with a 2.80 pence per share third interim dividend this time last year. The dividend will be paid on 31 January 2020 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 3 January 2020. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date will be 10 January 2020.
