Exchange rate for the final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2019

The Company announces that the USD:GBP exchange rate for the previously announced final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2019 of 1 cent per ordinary share has been set at 1.283181. The sterling equivalent dividend payable is 0.779313285p per ordinary share. Subject to approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid in sterling on 18 December 2019 to shareholders on the register on 15 November 2019.
