Dividend of 5p per share
The Company announces that it will be paying an interim dividend of 5 pence on each ordinary share of 10 pence each.
No scrip alternative is offered and no dividend reinvestment plan is in place.
As the Company is a venture capital trust, the dividend is not treated as income in the hands of qualifying investors.
The ex-dividend date is 28th January 2009
The record date for the dividend is 30th January 2009
The payment date is 27th February 2009
