Cobham PLC06 March 2008 Preference share dividend A committee of the board has approved the payment of a fixed cumulativepreferential dividend on the 6 per cent second cumulative preference shares of£1 each in respect of the half year ended 30th June 2008 at the rate of 3p pershare. The dividend will be paid on 1st July 2008 to the shareholders on theregister at the close of business on 30th May 2008.
