STERLING AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND

As announced on 1 August 2013, an interim dividend for 2013 of 10.4 US cents per Ordinary Share will be paid on 29 October 2013 to shareholders whose names appeared on the Register at the close of business on 11 October 2013. Those shareholders whose address on the Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling dividends, will receive a dividend of 6.49 pence per share.
