Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend of 1.92p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2024 payable on 29 February 2024 to shareholders registered on 2 February 2024. The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 1 February 2024.
