UK Commercial Property Trust Limited today announces its first interim dividend payment, in respect of the financial period from 1 January 2010 to 10 February 2010, of 0.5979 pence per share as per the schedule below. As stated in the announcement by the Company dated 15 January 2010, the next dividend is expected to be in respect of the period from 11 February 2010 to 31 March 2010 and will also be paid in May 2010.
