Dublin, London, 15 September 2015 | Further to the publication of the preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2015 on 7 September 2015, the Board of Green REIT Plc is pleased to announce that it has declared a dividend of 1.6 cents per ordinary share to be paid on 23 October 2015 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 25 September 2015.
