Helphire Group plc ("Helphire" or "the Group") Accelerated Payment of Second Interim Dividend In connection with the Group's proposed fundraising, which was announced today,the Group has decided to accelerate the payment of the second interim dividendfor the current year so that it is paid by reference to the pre-placingshareholder register. On 27 November 2013, Helphire indicated its intention to announce a secondinterim dividend for the current year with the publication of its results forthe six months ending 31 December 2013 and that the Board expected the secondinterim dividend to be 0.171 pence per ordinary share (approximately £2.7million in aggregate). The Board confirms that the second interim dividend will be 0.171 pence perordinary share and that it will now be brought forward so that it is paid on 10January 2014 to those shareholders on the register at the close of business on13 December 2013. In addition, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the Board intends toannounce a third interim dividend for the current year in late February 2014when releasing its results for the six months ending 31 December 2013. Anythird interim dividend will be payable in March 2014.
