Dividend Declaration
The Company announces an interim dividend of 1.5p per share in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2018. This represents an increase of 9.1% on the dividend paid in respect of the same period last year. The whole of the dividend will be designated as an interim property income distribution. This dividend will be paid on 23 November 2018 to shareholders on the register as at 9 November 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 8 November 2018.
The Board is targeting fully covered aggregate quarterly dividends of at least 6.0p per share in respect of the year ending 30 September 2018*. At the current share price of 94.5p this would represent an annualised dividend yield of 6.35%.
