Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the Core for the period 1 April 2015 to 30 June 2015, of 2.7 pence per share (a total amount of GBP 1,966,099). The dividend is to be paid on 18 September 2015 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 August 2015. The ex dividend date is 27 August 2015.
