Pennon Group PLC22 February 2006 PENNON GROUP PLC FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 2005/06 INTERIM DIVIDEND Following approval by shareholders of the B Share scheme and the related ShareCapital Consolidation at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15February 2006, the Board of Pennon Group has now confirmed the 2005/06 interimdividend and timetable. The interim dividend declared by the Board is 16.5p per share payable on the newordinary shares of 1221/10p each which were admitted to the Official List of theUK Financial Services Authority and commenced trading on the London StockExchange on 20 February 2006.
