MITIE Group PLC ("MITIE" or the "Company")

Interim Dividend Announcement

As referred to in MITIE's half-yearly financial report for the six months to 30 September 2012 released today, the Board of Directors of the Company has declared an interim dividend of 4.6 pence per share. It will be payable on 4 February 2013 to those shareholders on the register on 14 December 2012.

The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the MITIE dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") will be 9 January 2013.
