Cell Ordinary Dividend for ERII LN (the Cell shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares a Cell ordinary dividend for ERII for the period 1 January 2014 to 31 March 2014 of 3.2 cents per share (a total amount of EUR 492,549). The dividend is to be paid on 25 July 2014 to Cell ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 June 2014. The ex dividend date is 25 June 2014.
