Dividend Declaration

Playtech (AIM:PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, is pleased to announce a recommended combined interim and final dividend of 16.5€ cents per ordinary share following the release of its annual results for the year ending 31 December 2011.

The dividend will be payable on 31 May 2012 to those shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 27 April 2012. The ex-dividend date is 25 April 2012. For any shareholders who elect to receive their dividends in sterling the conversion exchange rate from Euros will be set on 27 April 2012.
