The Board of JZCP (the "Board") is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a dividend amounting to 16 cents per Ordinary share, which will be payable by the Company in respect of the year ended 28 February 2014, with the following details:

Ex-Date 14 May 2014

Record Date 16 May 2014

Pay Date 6 June 2014

Dividend per Share 16 cents (US Dollar)

Following the payment of an interim dividend amounting to 14.50 cents per Ordinary share for the period ended 31 October 2013, the above dividend has been calculated at 3 per cent. of the Net Asset Value ("NAV) for the year ended 28 February 2014.

Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 16 May 2014. Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have elected to receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interim dividend in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
