Anglo Pacific Group PLC28 October 2005 28th October 2005 ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC The Board of Anglo Pacific Group PLC, (APG), is pleased to announce an interimdividend for the year ending 31st December 2005 of 2.25p net per ordinary share(2004 Interim 1.6p net), an increase of 41%. This will be paid to shareholdersregistered on the share register at the close of business on 2nd December 2005. The shares will be quoted ex dividend in London on 30th November 2005 and inAustralia on 28th November 2005 and the dividend will be paid on 27th January2006. Shareholders will again be given the opportunity to elect to receive a scripdividend instead of cash.
