Henderson Group plc31 March 2008 Record and payment dates 31 March 2008 Henderson Group plc wishes to confirm the timetable for its proposed finaldividend for the year ended 31 December 2007. This includes the dates when theprocessing of requests by holders of CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) toconvert CDIs into ordinary shares, or by ordinary shareholders to convertordinary shares into CDIs, will be suspended. On 27 February 2008, the Directors announced their recommendation to pay a finaldividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2007 of 4.44 pence* perordinary share. Payment of this dividend is subject to approval by shareholdersat the Annual General Meeting to be held on 1 May 2008. The timetable is as follows: Last date for processing requests by CDI holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares or by ordinary shareholders to convertordinary shares into CDIs before the payment of dividend Fri 2 May CDIs commence trading on the ASX on an ex-dividend basis Mon 5 May Ordinary shares commence trading on the LSE on an ex-dividend basis Wed 7 May Record date for dividend Fri 9 May Processing recommences for requests by CDI holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares and by ordinary shareholders to convertordinary shares into CDIs Mon 12 May Dividend payment date Fri 30 May *For CDI holders, the A$ or the NZ$ equivalent will be confirmed on the record date.
