The Board of JZCP (the "Board") is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a dividend amounting to 15 cents per Ordinary share, which will be payable by the Company in respect of the six month period ended 31 August 2014, with the following details:

Ex-Date 6 November 2014

Record Date 7 November 2014

Pay Date 28 November 2014

Dividend per Share 15 cents (US Dollar)

This interim dividend has been calculated at 3 per cent. of the Net Asset Value ("NAV) per year (1.5 per cent. at this interim stage).

Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 7 November 2014. Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have elected to receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interim dividend in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
