DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has resolved to pay an interim dividend of 3p per share to Venture Share Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on 5 September 2022 to Venture Share Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 August 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 4 August 2022.
