Dividend declaration

The Board of Directors of VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc (the "Company") announces an interim dividend of 1.45p per share with respect to the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025. Of this amount, 0.38p per share will be designated as an interest distribution.
