Bristol Water PLC29 September 2005 Bristol Water plc Ordinary dividend payment The Board of Bristol Water plc has today declared a first interim ordinarydividend for the year ended 31 March 2006 of £1.177m. This will be paid to itsimmediate parent company on 3rd October 2005. In accordance with the financial structure of Bristol Water plc and its parentgroup, Bristol Water plc plans to make four dividend payments each year ratherthan its previous practice of two. The Board notes that these are internalpayments within the Bristol Water Group and that there is no impact on thedividend payment profile of the ultimate parent company Bristol Water Group plc.
