AT&T Declares Quarterly Dividend BEDMINSTER, N.J., March 17 -- AT&T's Board of Directors today declared a regular dividend of $0.2375 (23.75 cents) per share, payable May 2, 2005, to AT&T common shareowners of record on March 31, 2005.
