Dividend Declaration

Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that the Directors have declared a fourth interim dividend for the year to 30 September 2013 in an amount of 1.625p per Ordinary Share. 

The fourth interim dividend will be payable on 30 November 2013 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on 8 November 2013 (ex-dividend 6 November 2013).
