Dividend Declaration - Ordinary Shares
The board of directors (the "Board") of CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend of £0.0125 per ordinary Sterling Share (one and a quarter pence) and €0.0125 per ordinary Euro Share (one and a quarter cents).
The dividend will be payable on 26 May 2017 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 5 May 2017 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 4 May 2017.
