Dividend Declaration

At the Annual General Meeting held yesterday the shareholders resolved to pay a final dividend of £0.020625 per ordinary Sterling Shares and €0.018125 per ordinary Euro Shares, being the first dividend for the current financial year ending 31 December 2024.

The dividend will be payable on 31 May 2024 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 10 May 2024 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 9 May 2024
