Dublin, London, 28 September 2016 | Further to the publication of the preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2016 on 12 September 2016, the Board of Green REIT Plc is pleased to announce that it has declared a dividend of 4.6 cents per ordinary share to be paid on 7 November 2016 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 7 October 2016. The 4.6 cents per share to be paid is split as follows:
