Dividend Declaration 

The Company announces that the Directors have today declared a fourth interim dividend for the year ending 30 November 2025 in an amount of 1.00 pence per Ordinary share. 

The interim dividend will be payable on Friday 10 April 2026 to holders of Ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday 13 March 2026 (ex-dividend Thursday 12 March 2026).
