(the "Company")

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has today resolved to pay the following interim dividends:

· 6.75p per share to A Ordinary Class Shareholders (A Class Dividend)

· 5.00p per share to B Ordinary Class Shareholders (B Class Dividend)

· 3.00p per share to Venture Class Shareholders (Venture Dividend)

The A Class Dividend and B Class Dividend will be paid on 30 June 2020 to those A Ordinary Share Class and B Ordinary Share Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 June 2020. The ex-dividend dates for the A Class Dividend and B Class Dividend will be 11 June 2020.

The Venture Dividend will be paid on 31 July 2020 to those Venture Share Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17 July 2020. The ex-dividend date for the Venture Dividend will be 16 July 2020.
