STERLING AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND

As announced on 2 February 2012, a final dividend of 2011 of 10.80 US cents per ordinary share will be paid on 9 May 2012 to shareholders whose names appeared on the Register at the close of business on 20 April 2012. Those shareholders whose address on the Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling dividends, will receive a dividend of 6.7 pence per share.
