Ordinary Dividend for RECI LN (the Core shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares an ordinary dividend for the Core for the period 1 July 2013 to 30 September 2013, and to cover the period from 1st October 2013 to the date of admission of the new shares in conjunction with the Placing also announced today, of 3.4 pence per share (a total amount of GBP 1,358,877). The dividend is to be paid on 29 November 2013 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 November 2013. The ex dividend date is 6 November 2013.
