Dividend Declaration
The Directors of Henderson Global Trust plc announce that they have declared a third interim dividend of 2.5p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 January 2016. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 3 December 2015 and the dividend paid on 4 January 2016 to shareholders on the register on 4 December 2015.
