Dividend Declaration 

The Company announces that the Directors have declared a second interim dividend for the year ending 30 November 2025 in an amount of 1.00 pence per Ordinary share. 

The interim dividend will be payable on Friday, 3 October 2025 to holders of Ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on Friday, 12 September 2025 (ex-dividend Thursday, 11 September 2025).
