DISTRIBUTION  OF DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR 2014

"Arig" is pleased to inform its shareholders that the dividend cheques will be ready for collection as of Thursday 2 April 2015. Shareholders who were registered in the shareholding registry by the end of trading date 23 March 2015 ( settlement date 25 March 2015) are eligible to receive US$ 0.05 per share as dividend and are requested to contact Arig's Registrar Karvy Computershare W.L.L. at the address shown below to receive their dividends for the year ended 31 December 2014.

Requirements to receive the dividends:

Shareholders based in Bahrain:

• In case a shareholder is collecting the dividends in person, the shareholder should present a copy of his/her valid ID or passport.

• In case an authorized person is collecting the dividends, copies of the ID or

the passport of both the shareholder and the authorized person along with the authorization letter should be presented.

Shareholders registered at Dubai Financial Market (DFM):

• Shareholders based in all other locations are requested to contact the registrar with their postal address. Following which, dividend cheques will be sent by Registered Post to their addresses.
