Final Dividend

The Board is recommending to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, to be held on 10 May 2017, a final dividend of 8.41 pence per Ordinary share (2015: 7.645 pence) giving a total dividend for the year of 12.28 pence per share (2015: 11.33 pence) representing an increase of 8.4% over 2015.

Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, the final dividend will be paid on 19 May 2017 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 28 April 2017.
