The Board of JPMorgan European Smaller Companies Trust plc announces today that, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 3.5 pence per share will be paid on 18th July 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16th June 2017 (ex dividend date 15th June 2017).
