Interim Dividend Declaration

Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that the Directors have declared a third interim dividend for the year to 30 September 2013 in an amount of 1.625p per Ordinary Share.

The third interim dividend will be payable on 31 August 2013 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on 9 August 2013 (ex-dividend 7 August 2013).
