The Directors propose an ordinary dividend of 14.00 pence per Ordinary Share. If approved by shareholders at the AGM, to be held on 9 July 2020, the dividend will be payable on 17 July 2020 to shareholders on the register on 12 June 2020. The ex-dividend date is 11 June 2020.
