Dividend Clarification

The final dividend record date in the 2019 Final Results Announcement released on 3 March 2020 at 07:00 under RNS No 7712E was not correct. The Company confirms that the 2019 final dividend of 10.57 cents per share was approved by the Board of Directors on 2 March 2020 and, subject to approval by shareholders in the Company's Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 29 May 2020 to ordinary shareholders registered on 17 April 2020.

Shareholders will receive their dividends in sterling unless they complete and submit to the Company's registrars by close of business on 1 May 2020 an election form stating their wish to receive their dividends in US dollars. The sterling dividend will be converted at a prevailing exchange rate on 4 May 2020 and this exchange rate will be announced shortly thereafter.
