DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The Company announces an interim dividend of 0.62 pence per share (‘pps’) for the period 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2016. The dividend payment will be made on 31 May 2016 to shareholders on the register as at 6 May 2016. The ex-dividend date will be 5 May 2016.

The dividend of 0.62 pps will be designated 0.42 pps as an interim property income distribution (‘PID’) and 0.20 pps as an interim ordinary dividend.

The annual audited year end results to 31 March 2016 will be announced on 13 June 2016.
