The Directors of Hargreaves Lansdown are pleased to announce that the Company will pay a second interim (final) dividend as follows:

Pay Date 26 September 2014

Dividend per share 15.39p

There will also be a special dividend as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date * 10 September 2014

Record Date ** 12 September 2014

Pay Date 26 September 2014

Dividend per share 9.61p

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend.
