Dividend Declaration 

The Company announces that the Directors have today declared a Second Interim Dividend for the year ended 30 September, 2016 in an amount of 1.8125p per Ordinary Share. 

The Second Interim Dividend will be payable on Tuesday, 31 May, 2016 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on Friday, 6 May, 2016 (ex-dividend date Thursday, 5 May, 2016).
