23 July 2014 Capita plc (the "Company") Dividend Declaration In accordance with Listing Rule 9.7A2, it is notified that the Board hasdeclared an interim dividend of 9.6p per ordinary share (2013: 8.7p). The interim dividend will be payable on 7 October 2014 to shareholders on theregister at the close of business on 29 August 2014. Shareholders may elect to reinvest their final dividend in the DividendReinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). The last day for DRIP elections and revocationswill be 16 September 2014.
