Dublin, 19 September 2017 | Further to the publication of the preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2017 on 18 September 2017, the Board of Green REIT Plc is pleased to announce that it has declared a dividend of 5.0 cents per ordinary share to be paid on 20 October 2017 to all ordinary shareholders on the share register at the close of business on 29 September 2017. The 5.0 cents per share to be paid is split as follows:
