The Directors of JPMorgan Elect plc have declared the following dividends:

Managed Growth Shares

A quarterly interim dividend of 2.55 pence per Managed Growth share, for the third quarter to 31st May 2017, will be paid on 14th June 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19th May 2017 (ex-dividend date 18th May 2017).

Managed Income Shares

A quarterly interim dividend of 0.85 pence per Managed Income share, for the third quarter to 31st May 2017, will be paid on 14th June 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19th May 2017 (ex-dividend date 18th May 2017).

Managed Cash Shares

Directors have not declared a quarterly interim dividend in respect of the Managed Cash portfolio.
