The Directors of JPMorgan Elect plc have declared the following dividends:

Managed Growth Shares

A third quarterly interim dividend of 3.50 pence per Managed Growth share, in respect of the year ending 31st August 2018, will be paid on Thursday 21st June 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 18th May 2018 (the ex dividend date will be 17th May 2018).

Managed Income Shares

A third quarterly interim dividend of 1.05 pence per Managed Income share, in respect of the year ending 31st August 2018, will be paid on Thursday 21st June 2018 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 18th May 2018 (the ex dividend date will be 17th May 2018).

Managed Cash Shares

The Directors have not declared a quarterly interim dividend in respect of the Managed Cash portfolio.
