It is stated that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. March 6, 2007 have, inter alia, approved payment of special interim dividend @ 25% on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2006-07. The said special interim dividend shall be payable with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Monday, the 12th March, 2007, fixed for the said purpose, which had already been informed to the Stock Exchanges vide ourletter of even reference dated 22nd February, 2007.
